Package: mutt Version: 1.5.18-4 Severity: wishlist File: /usr/bin/mutt I have a mailbox with almost half a million messages, and it takes ages (~5 minutes) to open, even with header caching enabled.
Occasionally, while waiting for it to open, I find that I don't actually need it. Unfortunately, mutt doesn't care about ctrl-c then (it doesn't even save it for later, while it does store up 'q' and other such keys in the buffer) and there seems to be no other way to cancel the opening.
