Package: ratpoison
Version: 1.4.3-1
Severity: wishlist

Hi,

some programs open transient windows for toolbars; these windows usually set
a WM hint to not give them focus. The best example would be the OpenOffice.org
"Bullets and Numbering" toolbar in the default configuration.

When this window opens, ratpoison centers it above OOo, does not allow me to
move it elsewhere, and gives it focus.

I'd like to have an option to select a different gravity for transients that
do not want focus, and it would be good to also respect the WM hint.

   Simon
