As you may guess, this is upstream's documentation, which is also available at : http://docs.phpgroupware.org/html/en_US/html/admin/x303.html I guess you should then forward this report to upstream directly, as there's nothing changed here by the Debian package. (http://support.phpgroupware.org/bugs) Besides that, I have no clue what this 4.0.6 means... and there shouldn't be any problem with cookies not yet referenced in the Debian BTS (http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?repeatmerged=no&src=phpgroupware) I hope this clarifies your concerns. Please let us know if you get more details from upstream. In the meantime, I don't think we should change the upstream docs, even if this is misleading somehow.
