I think you will find that the bug is already marked as forwarded to an upstream bug and upstream have replied, indicating that the bug is likely to not be in Anjuta at all but in libvte9 (and a fixed version of vte cannot be uploaded to Debian right now due to the Lenny freeze). (And *NO*, this bug is not RC for vte either.) If you follow the link in the bug report, you can find advice there if you want to help fix this bug by testing with an OLDER version of vte. I've already tested with a newer version (see the upstream bug report for that information). It's not as if this bug is being ignored - it is not the be-all-and-end-all of my ToDo list. I'm just helping out as a regular user of anjuta.
