I can confirm the problem. downgrading fixed it. The newer package is missing a lot of dirs in /usr/lib that contain links to the actual .so
Maybe it is related to: flashplugin-nonfree (1:1.7.1) unstable; urgency=low * debian/dirs: Added usr/lib/mozilla/plugins.
