I noticed also the same thing in manpage of spamassassin.
man spamassassin cites :
/var/lib/spamassassin/3.002005
/usr/share/spamassassin
/usr/share/spamassassin
/usr/local/share/spamassassin
/usr/share/spamassassin
However, I have nothing like /var/lib/spamassassin/3.002005 there, and
the 3 duplicates of /usr/share/spamassassin look really weird.
I think all this may be fixed by patching spamassassin.raw's POD in
the package sources (unless it's not generated from that) as it contains
:

@@DEF_RULES_DIR@@
@@PREFIX@@/share/spamassassin
/usr/local/share/spamassassin
