Package: nullmailer Severity: normal Nullmailer "Conflicts:" with mail-transport-agent. I don't think it needs to do so, because it can exist quite alongside another MTA. It does not hang onto port 25 or, as far as I can see, any other conflicting resource.
The Conflict prevents using nullmailer as the input part of a dual-queue email scanning setup with amavis or similar SMTP filter, as you aren't allowed to install an output MTA. Dual-queue is a common setup for email scanning.
