Having configured intervals in rsnapshot.conf like the following interval hourly 60 interval daily 30 interval weekly 4 interval monthly 6 makes only the hourly interval work correctly. With the other intervals, the old directories are moved one number forward, but no new directory is created and nothing is synced. Commenting out the hourly interval makes the daily interval work, but the weekly and monthly interval still don't work. Commenting out the hourly and the daily interval make the weekly interval work, but the monthly one still doesn't. The tabs are set correctly, and rsnapshot doesn't show any error message. It just doesn't to the most important thing: create the actual backup. I found this behaviour in Version 1.3.0-2 and 1.2.9-1, in syncing local directories and syncing directories with ssh. Rsnapshot works correctly, but only the smallest defined interval, that is the point.
