It's totally broken for me, when I open the web page the terminal is not
displayed and I get a backtrace from the daemon for each request.
This pseudo-patch fixes it:

+fcntl.ioctl(fd, termios.TIOCSWINSZ, struct.pack("HHHH",h,w,0,0))
