Bug#496340: xdigger: assumes the existence of the /var/games/ directory

Same bug as #489700:

xdigger assumes the existence of /var/games in the postinst script.
If it does not exist the following error occurs:

    # apt-get install xdigger
    [...]
    Setting up xdigger (1.0.10-12) ...
    touch: cannot touch `/var/games/xdigger.hiscore': No such file or directory
    dpkg: error processing xdigger (--configure):
     subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 1
    Errors were encountered while processing:
     xdigger
    E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)
