Everything works fine again with kernel-image-2.6.8-2-686-smp Version: 2.6.8-16, so this bug can be closed.
I didn't actually find out why it works again. I didn't see anything in the changelogs or bug reports, that I could think of it was any how related with our problem. Thanks for your help anyway. Marcel
