Package: ipmasq

I'm using Debian Lenny on my notebook. All was right but on 30.6.2008
I upgraded the system and I installed new packages. When I restarted
notebook no packet can go out and no packet can go in. After removing
package ipmasq all is right again.
I did not install ipmasq. I use only Aptitude and the package have no
flag of automatic installed package. I don't no why ipmasq was
installed. I think that firewall is not good to install
automatically.
I'm sending the report 2 months later, but I wasn't working on my
notebook.
