Ok it perhaps an e17 problem: I notice something interesting : when I launch gnome-mplayer on a avi file in normal mode (no fullscreen mode) and when I have the focus and the mouse on the window I have the shortcut problem. But If I have the focus and not the mouse on it, I don't have the shortcut problem anymore.
