Hi,
the current version fails to build on kfreebsd-amd64.
The problem is recently added qemu-0.9.1/x86_64.ld script
instead of default linker script.
There is a difference between linux and GNU/kFreeBSD in OUTPUT_FORMAT,
kfreebsd-amd64 needs
OUTPUT_FORMAT("elf64-x86-64-freebsd", "elf64-x86-64-freebsd",
"elf64-x86-64-freebsd")
