I exchanged some emails with Gilles and he proposed lib3dviewer. I've written an email to him today asking if he is going to change the upstream name or it is only suggestion for Debian package. There is one more problem which needs to be clarified. Version numbering scheme for this library is a.b.c-d, but tarball naming convention contains only a.b.c part. So if you look into current libQGLViewer-1.3.9.tar.gz (containing 1.3.9-6) it differs from libQGLViewer-1.3.9.tar.gz fetched two month ago (it contained 1.3.9-4). I also mention it in my email. I'll notify you as soon as I will get the reply.
