Please also note that patches should always be supplied in a format
suitable for application with patch -p1. Your patch also failed to
apply, though I can't immediately identify the reason for that.
Thanks for fixing it manually, the x86info package
now builds fine on both kfreebsd-i386 and kfreebsd-amd64.
