Release-Team, The undefined symbol is caused by an API change in libkipi.
As compatibility is maintained, kphotoalbum and gwenview work correctly with the all versions of libkipi0. However digikam requires libkipi0 >= 1.6.1. I see two options for resolution: 1. Tighten the shlibs libkipi0 (>= 0.1.6-1), upload libkipi0_0.1.6-2 then binNMU digikam, or 2. Bump soname - say libkipi0deb_0.1.6-2, process through NEW, then binNMU digikam, kphotoalbum and gwenview. Which option would you prefer for lenny?
