Tomcat 6 is actually not in the (binary) archive. Yes, there is a source package called tomcat6.
http://packages.debian.org/source/lenny/tomcat6 The only binary package built from that source package is libservlet2.5-java, which is the JCP Servlet/JSP/EL API 2.5. http://packages.debian.org/lenny/libservlet2.5-java This is kind of odd, because it should not be specific to Tomcat at all.
