I'm absolutly ready to beleive you when you say the problem doesn't come from
c-d because at the moment I don't exactly know where the problem occurs. :-)

I have the problem from the beginning of my Lenny NetInstall. Further
upgrades/installs
don't change anything. At the beggining, I only had a text system (without X).

> Stupid suggestion, but did you try changing the *keyboard* of your machine.

I use a Logitech Cordless USB Keyboard. Before sending the report, I tried
another
one with a PS/2 Cord. The problem was exactly the same. I have a WinXP on
another partition and
never had any problem with the Logitech one (ok, impossible is not Windows ...
but anyway :-) )

Additionnaly, when I don't succeed in login on a console (due to ^[t things) I
can try another
one, on which I succeeded in log in and never have any mapping problem on it.
Could it really
be a hardware problem (keyboard, motherboard, ...?)

Thanks, Regards,
Guillaume.
