In manual page /usr/share/man/man1/bittorrent-downloader.bittornado.1.gz the
default value of "crypto_allowed" is given as 0.
However if you run btdownloadcurses, btlaunchmanycurses or btlaunchmany from
command line (no arguments, help mode) they all indicate default equal to 1:
$ btdownloadcurses | grep -A2 'crypto_allowed'
--crypto_allowed <arg>
whether to allow the client to accept encrypted connections (defaults
to 1)
$
I believe the latter is the correct default behavior.
