Hello Brice, Sorry to wait that long to try your suggestion.
This is to let you know after I did: sudo dpkg-reconfigure -phigh xserver-xorg (thus restoring /etc/X11/xorg.conf to its default) I can actually open multiple sessions. So the problem can actually be reproduced in this way. In KDE my screen is rotated depending on user preferences, so that still works fine. Do you have any idea how I rotate the kdm greeter, without using Option "Rotate" "left" as I had? Because now I need to rotate my head during login :-) Thanks, Ferry Op maandag 12-05-2008 om 22:27 uur [tijdzone +0200], schreef Brice Goglin: > Ferry Toth wrote: > > Hi Brice, > > > > This is just to update you on this issue, since I've just upgraded my > > Debian Lenny. > > > > Currently I have: > > X.Org X Server 1.4.0.90 (xorg-server 2:1.4.1~git20080131-4) > > Current Operating System: Linux delfion 2.6.24-1-686 #1 SMP Sat Apr 19 > > 00:37:55 UTC 2008 i686 > > Driver: xserver-xorg-video-intel 2:2.2.1-2 > > > > If you really want to test recent packages, xserver-xorg-core is now > 2:1.4.1~git20080507-1 in unstable and video-intel is 2:2.3.1-1.
