I didn't realise anyone was still interested in it (its a bug I inherited when I took over the package). I am planning an overhaul of the packaging when I move to mozart-1.4.0 so I will look into this (no promises mind!).
Incidentally, I am not at all confident that 1.4.0 will make it into lenny. I am about to go on vacation til August and from what I see on the upstream mailing lists I don't think 1.4.0 is really ready (its release came as a surprise to me ...). In particular the integration with the DSS seems to be a mess. Luckily there is a gentoo developer who is fighting it at the moment so that is a good sign. However, I am afraid that if I push it into lenny we won't be able to get it building on all architectures before the freeze and mozart would get kicked out. Moving to 1.4.0 for lenny+1 looks the right thing to do at the moment. thanks for your interest Kevin On Mon, Jul 7, 2008 at 5:13 AM, Erik de Castro Lopo <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > Is anything happening with this? > > The packaging of the latest 1.4.0 release might be a good time to > look at this. > > Cheers, > Erik > -- > ----------------------------------------------------------------- > Erik de Castro Lopo > ----------------------------------------------------------------- > The idea that Bill Gates has appeared like a knight in shining armour to > lead all customers out of a mire of technological chaos neatly ignores > the fact that it was he who, by peddling second-rate technology, led them > into it in the first place. - Douglas Adams in Guardian, 25-Aug-95 > > > -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
