Hello, I had a problem with playback so I tried to upgrade to newer mplayer. However, the only thing that I can tell for sure after the upgrade is that there is a large preformance gap between 1.0~rc2-8+lenny1 and 1.0~rc2-14. The same H.264+AAC file would play at 60%-70% cpu with the older release and 90%-100%+ (unusable) with the newer release on the same system.
