I have the same problem here since upgrading to 1.5.1-1. After removing
~/.config/audacious/playlist* audacious starts normally and segfaults
when I try to load any .mp3 file. But if I load another audio format
(e.g. .flac or .ogg) it works just fine.
Furthermore, after disabling the MPEG plug-in
(/usr/lib/audacious/Input/madplug.so) I can load mp3's without problems
but of course I cannot play them.
So maybe this is a bug in audacious-plugins?
