I admit I noticed that the URL you gave is not invalid - I just assumed
that you are not allowed to specify non-ASCII characters. So I assume
that the problem I reported is not really a bug. On the other hand
I regard it as not very clever and obviousely confusing for users the
use those URLs and if you have good contacts tu opstream I would recommend
to give a hint about using ASCII only URLs anyway.
If you think the problem is void I could close the bug.
