Very strange errors. Above files are part of:
kdelibs-data: /etc/kde3/ui/ui_standards.rc
kdelibs-data: /etc/kde3/kdebug.areas
digikam: /usr/share/apps/digikam/digikamimagewindowui.rc
Isn't kdelibs-data installed on your system?
Does any other KDE app work on your system? Are you using a
KDE session when this happens? Or something else like GNOME?

Something is horrible broken. And I suspect, sorry, it's not
