FVWM in focus follows mouse mode.

What window hints is the 1 pixel wide synergy{s,c} window supplying?

I would have expected fvwm (man fvwm) to give it the focus so long as the
ICCCM focus window hint was set:

           WM_HINTS(WM_HINTS):
             Client accepts input or input focus: true

What hints have been set in order to hide the window decorations?
