Eric bashed my head for claiming this bug is done when it's still a
problem. I think we could:
1: Call it a feature. This would be quite redmondish, I think:)
2: Make postinst spit out a warning message (something like "You need to
restart Firefox after an upgrade") if it detects there are FF instances
running. Some users will notice it, but most won't.
3: Or maybe should upgrade fail if Firefox is running. This could be
quite irritiating, but would surely solve this bug.
