Hello.
I would like that the logic to create and sign a debian tag could be
invoked independently of building the package. The use case is building
the package several times until you get it right, and when you realize
that you have something uploadable, create and sign the tag after the
fact.
This is to mimic the option of running debsign after debuild has created
the .changes file.
