that is due to the uncoordinated upload of ffmpeg which contained
disruptive changes, leading to the FTBFS of blender, see #482768 and
#483335. That also means it can't be upgraded to depend on the new
versions of those ffmpeg libraries at the moment, see discussion in the
above-mentioned bugs.

You're welcome to grab 2.46+dfsg-1 from experimental, which is
installable on sid, and only depends on libftgl2 in experimental.
