Hello,

These commands work:

    $ LC_ALL=C wnb
    $ LC_ALL=en_US.UTF-8 wnb
    $ LC_ALL=zh_TW wnb

However, this command causes a core dump in strcmp():

    $ LC_ALL=zh_TW.UTF-8 wnb

Given that wnb is not a terribly localized program, perhaps it should
simply set LC_ALL=C ?
