Package: courier-base Version: 0.53.3-5 Severity: wishlist Hi,
I am currently running Courier as an IMAP server and POP3 server, both plain and SSL. This means that in order to start my Courier install, I need to run 5 init scripts: /etc/init.d/courier-authdaemon start /etc/init.d/courier-imap start /etc/init.d/courier-imap-ssl start /etc/init.d/courier-pop start /etc/init.d/courier-pop-ssl start and similar for reload or stop. Couldn't Courier include an extra init script, e.g. /etc/init.d/courier, which just starts/restarts/stops all installed courier scripts in the right order? thanks, Thijs -- System Information: Debian Release: 4.0 APT prefers stable APT policy: (500, 'stable') Architecture: i386 (x86_64) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.18-6-amd64 Locale: LANG=en_US, LC_CTYPE=en_US (charmap=ISO-8859-1) Versions of packages courier-base depends on: ii courier-authdaemon 0.58-4 Courier authentication daemon ii courier-authlib 0.58-4 Courier authentication library ii courier-authlib-userdb 0.58-4 userdb support for the Courier aut ii debconf [debconf-2.0] 1.5.11etch1 Debian configuration management sy ii libc6 2.3.6.ds1-13etch5 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libfam0 2.7.0-12 Client library to control the FAM ii libgdbm3 1.8.3-3 GNU dbm database routines (runtime ii perl 5.8.8-7etch3 Larry Wall's Practical Extraction courier-base recommends no packages. -- debconf information: * courier-base/authlib-initial: * courier-base/maildir: Maildir * courier-base/webadmin-configmode: false -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
