Hi,
The conversion fails as there is two tag with the same name.
I succeed to convert your example by type in another shell while
the conversion starts:
git tag -d kaijanaho_info_dctrl-tools-experimental_2007-02-03
For Lele: a solution can be to call "git tag" with the "-f" flag
to force the tag even if it already exists...
