Hello Rog�rio,

1) I am not in charge of the Debian menu layout. The Debian menu layout
is administered by the Debian policy group as part of the Debian menu
subpolicy (package debian-policy), so I cannot change it myself.

2) Games used to be in Apps as you suggest, but it was moved to make the
menu layout less deep.

3) You can configure menu to reinstate the old layout:
Add the following to the file /etc/menu-methods/translate_menus

substitute section->section
  Games/  Apps/Games/
endtranslate

Given that, I am not sure if you prefer I close this bugs or reassign
it to debian-policy, though it seems unlikely debian-policy revert
that change now, given 3).
