Good. Thoses messages are "normal" with the default loglevel=warning.

You could still try to reverse the process, but I guess the database is
messed up. sqlite is the only supported "file db" for now, and that's
why I set it as the new default database in the latest packages.

gnunet-check shouldn't segfault. Could you provide me some information
using valgrind or gdb, in order to submit them to the upstream authors ?
