Running /etc/init.d/mpd reload causes the daemon to be restarted.
However, Debian policy section 9.3.2 states:
These scripts should be named /etc/init.d/package, and they should
accept one argument, saying what to do:
[...]
reload
cause the configuration of the service to be reloaded without
actually stopping and restarting the service,
force-reload
cause the configuration to be reloaded if the service supports this,
otherwise restart the service.
If mpd does not support reloading the config without being restarted,
then the reload option should be removed, otherwise it should be fixed
to reload without restarting mpd.
