Package: cfengine2
Version: 2.1.14-1
Severity: normal
The changelog.Debian.gz promises:
cfengine2 (2.1.14-1) unstable; urgency=high
[...]
* Added debian/NEWS.Debian with information about extra encryption stage
added in C5 protocol which makes 2.1.14 cfagent clients unable to talk
to older servers.
[...]
but the file is only included in the source package but I guess that
it was meant to be distributed in the .deb. Maybe it's just a simple
naming error?
dh_installchangelogs(1) claims:
Parallelling the debian changelog handling, this program also takes
care of NEWS.Debian files. If there is a debian/NEWS file, it is
installed as usr/share/doc/package/NEWS.Debian. debian/package.NEWS
files can also be used.
so it seems that debian/NEWS.Debian in the source has to be renamed to
debian/cfengine2.NEWS.
Cheers
