People can debug it independent of the list of architectures listed in the Architecture: header. The list of architectures is a statement from me as the maintainer on which architectures I belive is working, and I will only add archs that are reported to work. I do not want bug reports claiming dmidecode do not work on hurd, before anyone have actually ported it to hurd. :) So, if you want hurd added to the Architecture: header, submit a tested patch making it work on hurd. :) Preferably it should be sent upstream as well. > Why would it? To my knowledge it just reads /dev/mem, which the > Hurd has, but seemingly lacks some support for it. No idea. Perhaps the upstream author know? :) Happy hacking, -- Petter Reinholdtsen -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]
