I'm tagging it as wontfix for technical reasons. podebconf -report-po might send a lots of different mails (with different attached files). I would like to avoid asking for a passphrase too much (but agents are now available). The --mutt or --postpone options might help. Don't expect the status of this bug to change in a short time, but I will keep it open to make sure I keep thinking about it.
