Hi, Quoting http://www.ebi.ac.uk/~guy/exonerate/: This is a major new version. It now contains a new program, exonerate-server which can work with exonerate in client:server mode. This holds a database and indices in memory for much faster genome searches. Version 2.0 also contains two new models, protein2dna:bestfit and protein2genome:bestfit, support for non-standard genetic codes,, and user-supplied alternative splice site data.
