Thanks for the report. It sounds like we just need to modify the generated 
menu and desktop file(s) to point to a different icon; everything 
in /usr/lib/googleearth is directly from upstream, so they apparently 
moved/renamed it out from under us.

I'll see what I can do in a future version. In the meantime, patches are 
always welcome. =)
