When Totem 2.220 with the YouTube plugin arrived in Sid, I tried it and it worked fine (probably was 2.22.0-*?). However, the recent version in Sid reports the following when playing a selected YouTube movie from the search query results: Totem cannot play this type of media (YouTube) because you do not have the appropriate plugins to handle it. Please install the necessary plugins and restart Totem to be able to play this media. I have all the gstreamer0.10-plugins installed.
