noof works fine for me with a pair of 1600x1200 screens (3200x1200 root window) on an Nvidia e-GeForce FX 5700 Ultra.
The bug is in your video card or video driver, not noof or xscreensaver.
("Fine" means two copies of noof are started, one on each screen; they
don't overlap or interfere with each other, and they are the proper
aspect ratio.)
