approx stops working correctly after restart of syslog. Both machines where
I use approx are etch with syslog-ng, but I do not think it is really
important. After syslog restart, approx is running, but aptitude fails to
connect to it:
Err http://serv.sanechka.spb.ru lenny Release.gpg
Connection failed
"/etc/init.d/approx restart" fixes the problem.
