Package: yaskkserv
Version: 0.3.8-4
Severity: minor

When running debuild, if the en_US locale is not available, the
following message is displayed:

----
perl: warning: Setting locale failed.
perl: warning: Please check that your locale settings:
        LANGUAGE = (unset),
        LC_ALL = (unset),
        LC_COLLATE = "C",
        LC_MESSAGES = "C",
        LC_NUMERIC = "C",
        LC_TIME = "C",
        LC_MONETARY = "C",
        LANG = "en_US"
    are supported and installed on your system.
perl: warning: Falling back to the standard locale ("C").
----

Is the en_US locale really required?

If a US-ASCII environment is required, use setting the LC_ALL
environment variable to C instead of setting the LANG environment
variable to en_US.
