Package: crossfire-server
Version: 1.11.0-2
Severity: normal

Hi,

on my system crossfire-server is not always running. I run it only when
I need it. As a consequence, every day cron sends me an e-mail with
this error message:

/etc/cron.daily/logrotate:
crossfire: no process killed
error: error running postrotate script for /var/log/crossfire/logfile
run-parts: /etc/cron.daily/logrotate exited with return code 1

This is because /etc/logrotate.d/crossfire-server contains the following
statement:

    postrotate
        killall -HUP -u games crossfire

Therefore I propose that you replace it with:

        killall -HUP -u games crossfire &> /dev/null
