This bug seems to be dup of
#284646: sed: Documentation does not properly document effects of
multiple commands
Also, other this one is quite similar.

Panu, when (maybe) doing patches, please note, that in sources there are
many additional commands (e.g. 'e') flags for 's'(I,i,M,m,e, NUM>9)...
Probably documentation was lost somewhere?
