In any case, Jaap, such a failure should lead to an error and the build shouldn't proceed... I'll put a work-aroung in debian/rules until then. Yeah, I realized that it is stupid to build the translations every time while they do not change that often. Next release will just package them statically. Idem dito for default config files etc. All these files will now be generated when building "distmeta" which is triggered before building a source tar ball. That way I just have to check if everything was build correctly before releasing. Btw. working very hard to get the new release out the door within one or two weeks, mainly adding tests and cleaning up now. Since this will be the biggest diff between versions till now, so I'm getting kind of paranoid about all kinds of small bugs that might force me to do additional bug fix releases after the main release. I'll keep you updated. If you want a preview have a look at the bzr trunk in launchpad. Regards, Jaap <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
