At this point, unless you urgently need this version,
it may make sense to wait until the next production
release of ExifTool (which will be 7.24 or 7.25 probably
within a week or two).

A new production release of ExifTool (v7.21) is available since over a
couple of weeks, please do update the package in Debian. There are a
bunch of bug fixes from 7.21 that I personally would like to see in
the
package in Debian. Hence this request :)
