Actually, I'll note down here the procedure to upgrade, so that people
won't be too confused.
'libgettext-ruby1.8' is the culprit, so you have to remove that
package first before upgrading apt-listbugs.
dpkg --remove libgettext-ruby1.8 # (it will break a few things, but force it)
apt-get install apt-listbugs # (it will pull in libgettext-ruby1.8 alongside
with newer apt-listbugs)
